Office Supplies & Stationery Orders
In order to receive next day delivery, all office supplies and stationery orders must be placed before 5 pm.
All orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered in 48 hours. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday or during Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK* when spending over £45 excluding VAT. Orders below £45 incur a delivery charge of £6.75 for delivery the next working day.
*Exceptions include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isle of Scilly and Ireland / Southern Ireland for all orders only where a price will be supplied on request.
Rebel Furniture Orders
Standard Delivery: Lead times for furniture items are typically 3-5 working days but this is highlighted with a 'label' on the furniture image itself. Other delivery timings vary from next day to up to 14 days for bespoke orders. Should you purchase your furniture item over the weekend or during a public holiday the lead time will commence on the first working day i.e. orders placed on a bank holiday Monday will be delivered by the following Monday and items placed on a Sunday will be delivered by the Friday. For any urgent items, please feel free to get in touch and we can confirm if next day is available (charges apply).
Next Day Delivery: Where a furniture item displays a Next Day Delivery label it must be ordered by 2 pm. All orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered in 48 hours. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday or during Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (unless there's a bank holiday) for delivery on Tuesday.
NOTE: The cut off times above are applicable for card payments and credit accounts. If you are a new customer and select the Pro-forma option at the check out as you are a new customer, please call us on 0800 500 101 to confirm payment has been received then your order will be processed.

Please be advised that delivery is free for clothing orders over £100. For any orders below this amount, there is a delivery charge of £7.95. Goods correctly supplied from stock may, at our discretion, be returned but a handling charge of 25% will be applied unless the item is faulty.
Rebel Distribution Centres
Rebel has distribution centres throughout the UK and can deliver 'next day' to most areas. Exceptions include the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isle of Scilly.
Report a Shortage
If an item is missing from your delivery and not showing as a back order, this is considered a shortage.
Please report shortages to us via email within 3 days of receiving/placing your order and a re-delivery will be arranged.

When will my Order Arrive?
The majority of items are delivered next working day anywhere in the UK unless stated otherwise. Any items that are not in stock will be delivered separately and free of charge at a later day from your initial order, usually within 2-3 days. We do not hold your entire order back if one item is on back order. Any orders for one-off items that are back ordered will still incur a delivery charge. Returns and Refunds
Rebel has a no quibble returns policy for office supplies products. Simply email us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and a free collection will be arranged. You will receive a 100% credit within 30 days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Exclusions apply on Furniture items and all food and beverage products (due to health and safety regulations).
If any item delivered to you is faulty or broken, please email us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the item to be collected. A replacement will be sent to you the following day (where possible) and at no extra cost. Or alternatively, we will offer a full refund.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original unmarked packaging.
- Health and safety regulations dictate that we are unable to accept returns of any food or beverage goods.
- If an item is missing from your order please check your delivery note to see if it is on back order. Your missing item will be delivered free of charge as soon as stock becomes available.
- If the item is not noted as being on backorder, please contact our customer services team.
- All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
